Being outside won't magically create a cold
- It might trigger something that is already in your body though
Have you watched a lot of MMA? Have you ever heard the commentators talk about how someone is breathing through their mouth? Using that as a sign of them being tired.
When I am doing cardio I use that indication a lot. If I can run without breathing through an open mouth, I feel like I am not pushing myself too hard. Especially this time of year, it is fuckin freezing outside! I don't want to push myself to exhaustion when I am running outside.
Well. There are a lot of fancy words for it. I am not familiar with them in English however. It works like this. You might have a cold lying silent in your body. But your immune system is able to suppress it. But if you were to workout really hard, lowering your immune system. Then that cold can become too much for the body to handle and you will end up with a cold.
A simplified explanation but those are the ones I believe in. Don't complicate things. Solid tips, understandable for everyone. In case you are interested in learning more about it, I am sure that a Google search will help you out.
