Pleased with current progress

It is soon April, time flies. I feel like I am having good results. Being in shape for the summer was the first goal and I am pretty sure that I will achieve it. It is the first goal of many, I am chasing dreams!
It is all about continuity. Not about working out 10 days straight. It is about working out several days a week, for 12-20 weeks. Then you will see proper results. Need to do the grind though. Just drag that ass to the gym.
