Going to lose weight by working out?
- Be aware of how your body reacts to working out
When you are trying to lose weight by exercising. There is something that you will have to think about. As you work out more, your body will send signals to your brain that you need to eat more calories.
In plain english, you will probably feel hungry and by satisfying that hunger.You risk losing the calorie deficit that you have by working out in the first place.
Working out is always a good idea.
It is good for your health. Your body needs to move, it is the way it was built.
All I am saying by this text is that you should be aware of this fact. Because I think a lot of people fail their weightloss attempt since they end up eating as many extra calories as they have actually burned during their workouts.
It works the other way around too. If you have been sick for a couple of days and just spent time lying on the couch watching TV. Your appetite is not the best, am I right? It is because your body know that it has not been doing anything demanding and won't require extra energy (calories).
Set up goals and go! Every step does not have to be a major one. Small steps is fine too. Just keep your eyes fixed on your goals and work hard to reach them!
